ABOUT SAYEN GAYLE-BELLO
I am a dedicated student that attends The University of Oregon, majoring in General Social Science through The College of Arts and Sciences with a minor in Entrepreneurship through The Lundquist College of Business. Growing up in Southern California my family instilled hard-working values in me from day one. I started volunteer work and other extracurriculars like dance, soccer, cheer, and Girl Scouts at a young age. I was also heavily involved in programs like AVID and Leadership at my Junior High and High Schools. I also helped run clubs in high school with my group of friends. I was the Secretary of the Black Student Union and the Treasurer of Latinos Unidos during my senior year of high school. Peers and teachers have praised me for being a kind leader, self-motivated, and resilient in most situations that come my way. With all my experience, I apply communication, technical, and leadership skills to any position I am awarded.
