   Reports to Project Manager. To study contract documents, specs and drawings for the projects to be executed. Visit site and plan logistic of site. Plan all activities. Plan logistics for site. Ensure workers welfare at site. Mobilize sub-contractors if required, for the project in consultation with Procurement / Contracts Depts. Initiate mobilization at site. Brief & direct all staff, workers about the project and the detailed plan for execution. Assist Planner for preparing MPTS (Material Procurement Tracking Schedule) along with Planner. Plan material procurement, worker, machineries, and deployment well in advance. Interact and coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers pertaining to project. Prepare method statements for all items of works along with QA/QC Manager. Prepare shop drawings / coordinated drawings for all activities along with Engineering Manager, Draftsman. Execute construction. Monitor progress. Ensure safety, quality and costs during project progress. Prepare reconciliation statements for all materials for controlling wastages. Coordinate with QS for preparation of periodical invoices/bills for clients. Check all bills and invoices of sub-contractors, suppliers, vendors. Review schedules, progress. Train subordinates and conduct their appraisal. Organize periodical meeting with staff, sub-contractors, vendors and attend meeting with clients/consultants. Ensure productivity of workers. Ensure material availability at place of work in advance. Use machineries to the optimum 27. Demobilize the resources.
