Dynamic and people driven leader with a proven track record in HR, hospitality, and the gaming sector. I’ve built my career on strong operational leadership, strategic thinking, and an ability to guide teams through fast-paced, high-pressure environments.I began my professional journey as an HR professional in major UK retail brands, where I specialised in recruitment, talent development, and building high performing, people focused cultures. These early years shaped my leadership style and gave me a deep understanding of what drives great teams.In the years that followed, I launched my own company, becoming a Business Owner and Director, a role I have proudly holing for almost a decade. This entrepreneurial chapter sharpened my abilities in business strategy, branding, financial management, and long-term growth planning. It continues to influence my leadership approach today, giving me a wider commercial perspective than traditional managers.I then transitioned into the hospitality industry, serving as a General Manager for some of London’s top restaurants, leading high volume operations, elevating guest experience, and consistently delivering strong commercial performance.Currently, I hold the role of General Manager within a multinational casino group, managing complex compliance requirements, business performance, and team leadership in a highly regulated and commercial environment.Across every role, my focus remains the same:Build strong teams, create exceptional experiences, and drive sustainable business.
