My day-to-day duties in Project Oracle and Budget management:• Coordinating the budget development at each phase of the project as per current standards and guidelines.• Perform meaningful, timely, cost estimates in the event of project changes and scope.• Talk with PMs to better understand the growth of the project and calculate the EBIT & GROSS Margin of the Project.• Closing of the Projects in Oracle by cross verifying the WIP and AR AGING dues, following up with clients for the invoices.• Monitoring, Execute and update cost estimates for various projects to ensure that costs are within expected ranges.• Develop the cash flow and report actual vs. planned expenditures as per the established schedule (monthly, weekly, and daily during project execution).• Assess all aspects of project costs across the life of the project, including actual, committed, and forecasted costs.• Working on ECOSYS cost management systems, task creation and budget addition.• Conducting trend analysis using actual data to refine forecasts and also performing Re-Forecast when we have negative margin in EBIT.• Acting as the Single Point of Contact for all cost and finance-related inquiries• Fetch the report in SAP BO for looking at Profit and Loss statement, Project Health report to verify salaries and Expenses incurred in the projects. • Looking at ITD actuals, Forecast and revised Budget in SAP BO and commenting on the Gross Margin.
