I’m a Psychologist and the Director of the Academy at Heart It Out, where I blend my clinical expertise with strategic leadership to create meaningful learning experiences for aspiring mental health professionals.My journey has been rooted in empathy, accountability, and a deep respect for growth, both personal and collective. I’ve worked across roles in therapy, education, coordination, and leadership, allowing me to understand the mental health field from multiple perspectives. With a strong foundation in communication, systems thinking, and team mentorship, I’ve led large-scale internship programs, designed immersive learning journeys, and mentored future psychologists with care and intention.What drives me is the belief that psychology isn’t just something we study, it’s something we live. I strive to build safe, reflective, and empowering spaces where learning is not only academic but also deeply human.I’m known for being proactive, professional, and approachable; someone who brings both structure and warmth to the table.
