I am medical doctor with over 15 years of professional experience working with NGOs and United Nation System in various capacities. I am self-motivated character with specialist expertise in public health and nutrition programs design, management, and implementation as well as in monitoring evaluation accountability and learning. Highly collaborative and known for tackling challenging problems and communicating constructive solutions. I have proven experience in working with different donors supporting projects in Afghanistan, including Canada, USA, UK, Australia, Germany (BMZ/KfW), Japan, EU/ECHO, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Islamic Development Bank, and UNOCHA. I have extensive academic studies and technical training in public health management, including a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Nutrition (PGDPHN) and Master\'s in Business Administration (MBA). I have demonstrated capacity of working in both urban and rural contexts, as well as remote management. I have very successful track record of overseeing operational functions in the projects/programs led by me such as finance, human resources, logistics & supply chain, administration, and security/risk management.
