Not only did I ensure correctness of products but also ensured that they are load tested to ensure the best user experience. We used JMETER for performance testing; reviewed different use cases/scenarios and results before deployment. Used ‘JIRA’ for sprint tickets while ‘Atlassian Confluence’ is used for introducing new stories and features. Provide leadership and guidance to QAs and developers explaining user requirements.
