Seasoned Design Professional in Tech and AI Security Formerly spearheaded Design Systems at Handshake, now driving design initiatives at Liminal. At Liminal (liminal.ai), I play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and secure AI solutions for regulated industries.    At Liminal, I’ve been helping build a security-forward generative AI platform from the ground up—designed specifically for highly regulated industries. As the first designer, I’ve worn a lot of hats and helped shape the product, process, and team culture along the way.What I focus on:• Designing for trust + clarityI work closely with founders, engineers, and compliance teams to design experiences that make secure AI feel approachable—things like policy builders, prompting interfaces, data masking, and audit logs.• Owning the end-to-end design processFrom initial user research to final prototypes, I lead design for new features and workflows. I also run usability tests, build out our design system, and handle a lot of the “what if we tried this instead?” brainstorming.• Bridging technical and human needsLiminal sits at the intersection of AI, security, and enterprise UX. I translate complex backend functionality into intuitive, clean UI—especially for features like secure multi-model prompting, usage insights, and real-time governance.• Shaping how we workI’ve helped define our design rituals, documentation standards, and feedback loops. I’m also involved in early client conversations and demos, making sure our design tells the right story.A few highlights so far:• Designed a unified prompting interface that securely connects to OpenAI, Anthropic, and private LLMs—giving teams a consistent, governed experience across models.• Built our governance dashboard, making it easy to track prompts, data usage, and compliance in real time.• Supported enterprise pilots and proof-of-concept rollouts by creating live, clickable prototypes and custom UI flows that helped us land our first major clients.
