It is targeted at Shell Authorized Workshops and creates a connection to their Consumers to create a digital transformation to managing loyalty and digitized pathway to purchase. The users include Workshop Owners, Retail Stations & Mechanics who advocates the use of Shell Helix Engine Oil and accumulates points for Training and Rewards and Consumers who has chosen Shell Helix Engine Oil as their preferred choice of engine oil. SHARE is basically multi-branded Mobile App which has a steady market adoption and growing presence across 14 markets with new features being released every month- Working as a Business Analyst in the SHARE (Shell Advantage Rewards) Project in Shell and leading the entire functional activities majorly for the SHARE mobile app- Creating product backlog items, refining & prioritizing them, and helping the business stakeholders & internal team in seamless delivery in the entire project life cycle- Collaborating with product owners & business stakeholders to ensure that product backlogs are in line with the business needs and creating extensive BRDs for certain requirements as required by the business/technical team- Clarifying the queries that the technical & QA team have regarding the requirements- Eliciting, prioritizing, and documenting business requirements in JIRA- Supporting the QA team by performing functional testing majorly on the Android version of the app in staging and production environment- Creating and updating different RFI and RFP documents for the project for SHARE 2.0
