Through my journey in the equity, mutual fund, and loan ecosystem, I have seen one hard truth: Many BCom/BBA graduates have degrees But very few are truly job-readyEspecially in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, talented students often struggle due to lack of practical exposure, interview confidence, and industry guidance.To solve this problem, I am building Finsight Academy — focused on helping commerce graduates become confident, skilled, and interview-ready for finance and sales roles.
