Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead large, distributed agile teams and work closely with clients to shape solution architecture and technology strategy that actually works in the real world. My work spans enterprise modernisation, sustainable cloud enablement, business process management, and event-driven systems, and I’m especially passionate about improving the software development lifecycle through thoughtful adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools. I enjoy partnering with delivery, sales, and leadership teams to put practical, outcome-driven practices in place that help teams work better, faster, and with greater confidence.Before joining Nagarro, I spent over a decade with IBM, Cognizant, and PwC, growing from a hands-on developer into a technology and consulting leader. Along the way, I’ve worked on enterprise systems, transformation programs, and complex client engagements across telecom, banking, and retail. Today, I’m also closely involved with the AI/ML Practice within the Retail Business Unit, where I help design and position AI accelerators and proofs of value, and support pre-sales, GTM, and RFP initiatives. I enjoy collaborating with organisations turning emerging ideas into scalable, reliable solutions with a sustained outcome.Outside of work, I’m someone who loves spending time reading, and capturing moments through travel photography. I strongly believe in doing things the right way—without unnecessary bureaucracy or shortcuts that compromise quality.
