Management of the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. Built strong relationships with various BU Heads to create an engagement cadence. Provided skill-based market intelligence reports to business stakeholders. Was responsible for providing periodic recruitment dashboards to various BU Heads and providing total end-to-end recruitment support for different business units. I was involved in recruiting seasoned professionals across various levels in several streams like Development, Testing, Support, and Project Management. Roles and Responsibilities include: • Develop effective sourcing and recruiting strategies from ‘initial screening’ to the ‘offer closure’. Effectively using the database, Job portals, Employee Referral, Internal Redeployment pool, and Internal Job Postings for prospective hiring. • Ensure effective client and candidate management. Liaising with the hiring team for calibration in interview process to achieve better conversion ratios. • Managing the weekend recruitment drives across locations • Identifying and Coordinating with the technical panelists. • Overseeing the entire event. • Managing Drives and walk–ins. • Responsible for approval from authorized signatory on salary fitment and other benefits. • Post offer query handling & regular follow up with the candidates till the date of joining. • Planning, forecasting, and delivering demand closure in coordination with the business Along with the above, I also spearheaded key initiatives and programs for the Talent Acquisition function like: • Policy Formulation on Employee Referral Program • Online Test Platform • Social Recruiting • Market Research and Intelligence • Employer Branding
