ABOUT SAYANI MITRA
With over 10 years of research experience and a PhD in Social Sciences, I am a User Researcher at SPARCK/BJSS, where I deliver impactful solutions across various domains, including digital health, medical ethics, emerging technologies, retail and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) spaces. I combine strategic thinking, product design, and service design perspectives to align product strategy with user needs and experience gaps, resulting in improved product positioning and planning.I have a passion for ethical AI and immersive technologies, and I leverage my skills in qualitative and quantitative research, design thinking, prototyping, public speaking, stakeholder dissemination, and workshop facilitation to create user-centric innovations.
