Most TPRM programs fail by design. Not because of lack of intent, but because they are built on unrealistic assumptions, fragmented data, limited engagement with suppliers, and lack of internal capabilities.I design and build TPRM automation and intelligence systems that work in the real world where imperfect and fragmented data, constrained teams, and limited supplier cooperation are the norm. My approach is grounded in execution and operational reality, not in frameworks for their own sake.In our solutions, AI and automation is not an afterthought, but central to the design with deeply embedded modules to help TPRM teams become more productive and effective with accountability.
