This is my first real job. The past 2 years gave me the opportunity to use and grow my technical skills and soft skills.Technical Skills- Had the opportunity to learn about the business logic around producing claims for reimbursement- Dealing with real life data quality issues( Inconsistency in human annotation, changing data distribution etc)- Used torch to build multiple iterations of DL model, building the complete training and inference script from scratch- Learning and managing AWS services to support my model building, deployment needs- Learning to use docker- working with custom loss functions- Experimenting with LLM\'s to look for use cases- Using terraform to control servers on EC2Soft Skills- Managing expectation- Prioritizing work- Cross team communication to get get models to production- Better communication (got succinct at story telling )
