This experience laid the foundation for my career and fueled my passion for creating tools that improve user experiences and streamline team operations. It’s incredible how technology can turn everyday tasks into seamless processes.At Amazon, I designed and developed tools like CSAssistant and CSNoteworthy for the Amazon Customer Care Center (AC3), enhancing customer service operations. These projects weren’t just about coding; I focused on understanding user needs and creating solutions that made a real difference. The AC3 initiative led to a 30% improvement in customer contact handling time. As a Scrum Master, I learned the value of collaboration in managing sprint planning and task allocation—skills that have proven essential in every role since.At Emergys Solutions, I led the design and delivery of a Generative AI-based Cost Optimization Platform, reducing consultant cost analysis time by 40%.
