Roles & Responsibilities - Handling end-to-end recruitment life-cycle: sourcing, screening, schedulinginterviews, shortlisting and selecting the best talent from diverse sources- Majorly handling recruitment for BFSI Domain- Understanding the requirements from clients. Accordingly plan and schedulethe roadmap towards achieving the targets- Sourcing candidates from various job portals, referrals, bulk mails andexisting database- Short listing the candidates by evaluating their communications skills,presentation skills and technical skills based on job requirements- Scheduling interviews and coordinating for the entire recruitment processwith the client and the candidate in an efficient manner- Following up with the candidates for offer discussion, documents submission,offer acceptance and other joining formalities- Coordinating all the activities right from sourcing the best talent till thecandidate joins the company- Maintaining cordial relations with clients to sustain the profitability of thebusiness- Maintaining and updating candidate database.
