Performed T cell assays on various bispecific drugs/biotherapeutics and analyzed them using high-throughput multicolor flowcytometer and intracellular staining, to characterize immune cell subsets, evaluate the immunogenicity/antidrug antibody effect • Trained on ELIspot to assess the frequency and functionality of antigen-specific immune responses • Independently utilized advanced data analysis tools, such as FlowJo to analyze flow cytometry data and generate quantitative results for research and development project, group meetings • Isolated, processed, and characterized PBMCs from clinical samples, utilizing standard laboratory techniques • Collaborated with multidisciplinary and cross functional teams for working on the projects assigned • Routinely inspected lab apart from performing lab maintenance and all other activities with high GLP standards and protocols • Inspection of labs and supplies required for experiments
