I love embracing roles beyond the ordinary, whether it\'s leading team of 200 interns for a Market Research project at Pioneer Management Consultancy (or) sourcing health packages for our team during tough time of COVID-19 when all operations were down (or) training an AI model to create in-app character assets (yes, I\'ve dived into that realm too!)I collaborate closely with Founders to cultivate winning teams that embody passion, purpose, and success.    Joined Hitwicket in its 0→1 phase. Not at day zero, but at a stage where foundations were still being set and every hire, every process, every cultural decision had outsized impact. Since then, I’ve grown with the company through the 1→10 stage, scaling from 32 to 80+ team members while building the People & Culture function alongside the business.What started as hands-on HR execution has evolved into full ownership across hiring, performance, culture and org strategy. The problems became more complex. The stakes became higher. The learning never stopped.I’ve seen early-stage ambiguity, rapid scale, tough trade-offs, high expectations and the responsibility that comes with building something that matters. Still curious. Still learning. Still have a lot to build.Building a team that builds & wins the game;)Some of the work I’ve had the opportunity to lead over the last couple of years:1. Helped scale the team from 32 to 80+ across Tech, Product, Art, Growth, Data, QA, Support and Ops, while staying intentional about talent density and cultural alignment.2. Worked closely with the founders to strengthen our leadership bench, hiring senior leaders, supporting first-time managers, and partnering on critical org and people decisions.3. Built and formalised our performance philosophy, including appraisal frameworks and more structured feedback systems.4. Helped lay the early foundations of our culture architecture - core values, workplace behaviour standards, clear accountability norms, and reinforcing a sports-team mindset over comfort.5. Strengthened people operations end-to-end, payroll and structured onboarding to clearer policies and processes that scale with the team.6. Led talent branding and campus hiring efforts to help position Hitwicket as a serious global gaming company being built out of India for the World.
