About Sayak Acharjee

Although I was raised in the Sonbhadra district of Uttar Pradesh, I am a proud Bengali. Thus, I do possess U.P. qualities. My father worked for a PSU, so I had the chance to grow up in several Indian cities, including Varanasi, Nagpur, Chhindwara, Kota, and Kolkata, where I was exposed to a variety of cultures. Since my father was born and raised in Silchar, Assam, I have also been exposed to Assam culture. Although I am not a specialist in any of these languages, I consider myself fortunate to be exposed to Marathi, Sylheti, Bhojpuri, and Rajasthani. I persuaded my Kolkata-based B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and side by side I launch my startup, Life has gifted me with many ups and downs, so I learned to tackle them skillfully. When I was in the 6th grade, I was introduced to The Art of Living Foundation (founded by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar ji). The powerful breathing techniques, knowledge, and wisdom helped me a lot in my holistic growth and well-being. So, I became passionate about spiritual life/spirituality. Now I also serve as a Youth project\'s coordinator & Volunteer in Art of Living (Kolkata). It is out of my own passion and selfless service (giving back to society). Since I am inspired by my father, I decided to pursue a Master\'s degree. I am currently pursuing an MBA from XIME. I always remained an average student academically throughout my career, but I loved and followed my passions, which I accidentally discovered during my B.Tech days. Eventually, because of my experience in entrepreneurship, I got opportunities as a speaker and guest at institutes (IEM Kolkata (affiliated with WBUT), UEM Kolkata, IIEST Shibpur, MKH Sancheti Public Schools, NIT Mizoram, Wadhwani Foundation, Bengal Institute of Technology, SVIST, Happy Cambridge School Delhi, etc.), & as an evaluator (business plan) and idea pitching at XIME. I was a very naughty child. To channel my energy productively, my mother had me learn Taekwondo (completed Black Belt in 2013), Indian classical (vocal) music, sketching, and synthesizer (keyboard). I love to cook and try new cuisines (I observed my mother and learned gradually). I love to travel, meet new people, and explore cultures. I have traveled to more than 50 Indian cities and towns including both the Indian island. I do follow the philosophy of Ayn Rand, introduced by my dearest and only brother, Meduri Gopinath, whom I call my (SM). My mother and father have played a great role in my life. Currently I am working as Marketing Manager at Somani Realtors Pvt. Ltd.
