ABOUT SAWYER WESTON
I’m a first-year student at Clemson University with junior-class standing, originally from Ohio, with plans to pursue a Financial Management degree. I’ve always been interested in how money moves through our legal and economic systems, and I chose Clemson because of its strong academic programs and supportive community. While I’m still early in my college journey, I’m already focused on building a strong foundation in the world of finance. My long-term goal as a financial management major is to become a senior financial leader, such as a CFO, who helps guide a company’s strategic decisions and long-term financial success. I’ve always enjoyed working with others to solve problems, especially when it involves critical thinking and real-world applications. In the coming years, I hope to gain internship experience, get involved in student organizations, and prepare myself for graduate school and a career where I can make a meaningful impact.
