ABOUT SAWOOD PEARCE

I enjoy designing and delivering exceptional citizen experiences, in any small way helping some of the world\'s most familiar and impactful organisations transform how their audiences perceive and consume their products and services. To fulfil this I am a Director of Deloitte Digital, the digital advisory and advertising agency ranked #1 globally by Gartner for its Customer Experience consulting.I have over fifteen years of digital advisory experience including customer experience and service design, digital solution design and architecture, programme design and assurance, advertising creative and copywriting, product training and live television broadcast. I hope I am regarded as an effective communicator and empowering team leader.I was named a ‘UK Management Consultant of the Year’ by The Times and Management Consultancies Association. My work was named ‘UK Digital Transformation of the Year’ by Charity Times in 2023.I am a global advisor for Deloitte Muslim Network, having led its growth for nine years from the UK; an award-winning, multinational community with a recognised diversity leadership position across the UK and globally.I regularly provide input to Deloitte’s UK, European and Global executive in various board capacities.Prior to Deloitte, I enjoyed five years working for Canon, was a television presenter for QVC, and hold a first class honours degree in graphic design and advertising from Central Saint Martins, London. All have afforded me an aptitude for rapid idea generation, design-led thinking and pertinent communication.I am British-Mauritian with three wonderful children.
