Monitor all 25 students grade 6-12th during in class and out of class support daily-Implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum-Create and distribute progress report quarterly-Use individualized reinforcement techniques to keep each student on the path toward greatness-Liaising with teaching staff, parents, students, and outside professionals (speech language therapists, behavior therapists, clinical psychologists, counselors etc) to meet students’ needs-Facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides SEND students with the opportunity to achieve their full potential-Be a role model for SEND students, inspiring them to be actively interested in subjects taught-Closely monitor the successful implementation and ongoing progress of each student’s IEP-Plan and execute Individual Educational Program(IEP) per child, based on the screening assessments. Updating IEPs mid and end of each semester-Participating in meetings arranged for the welfare and general progress of the children every 3 months-To identify clear teaching objectives and learning outcomes, with appropriate challenge and high expectations-Communicate with other staff and family members about each student’s progress and struggle-Develop daily lessons targeting the specific needs of the individual students-Pullout students during examinations to accommodate their learning environment.
