I’ve always believed that big ideas don’t need big cities but the right space to grow. That belief led me to start Workie in 2017, with a vision to bring high-quality, flexible workspaces to India’s Tier II cities. What began as something small has now grown into the largest Tier II co-working and managed office space provider outside the metros, with seats across 23 cities. At its core, Workie is more than just about the real estate. It’s about enabling startups, freelancers, and growing teams to work better, collaborate freely, and scale faster. We’re building the kind of ecosystem that founders in emerging cities truly deserve. I have also spent over two decades building and exiting ventures in education, media, and tech. The journey now fuels my efforts to back and mentor startups like STAGE, SpeEdLabs, Smartschool, Vision Park, and Spark - all solving real problems with heart and hustle. I also stay actively involved in platforms like Invest Indore, TiE MP, Yi (CII) and IMA, working to support entrepreneurs and build thriving local ecosystems.
