I also managed the lining team, optimizing their performance to achieve peak efficiency in all lining operations.• Conduct detailed site assessments for road markings, parking layouts, access protection, and disabled parking bays, ensuring designs comply with UK traffic regulations.Prepare accurate, regulation-compliant drawings and layout plans to support the smooth implementation of city-wide road projects.• Create and issue Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) for new traffic regulations, based on comprehensive site visits and assessments to ensure compliance and optimize traffic flow.• Coordinate with contractors on-site to resolve issues during road marking implementation, maintaining adherence to project standards and safety requirements.• Issue Temporary Traffic Regulation Notices (TTRNs) to facilitate efficient operations, managing traffic disruptions during projects.• Manage spreadsheets tracking access protection and disabled parking bays, ensuring accurate records for regulatory compliance.• Process and evaluate applications for disabled parking bays, coordinating responses with council teams to maintain transparency and community engagement.• Draft clear, policy-aligned responses to public and council inquiries about disabled bays and access protection, fostering strong community relations.
