With over 25 years of experience across industry in learning, Savvas leads large-scale, multi-year learning transformation programmes, develops effective learning and development strategies and global managed learning service solutions. He focusses on designing and providing strategic, enterprise-wide learning initiatives and has extensive experience in reshaping how organisations learn — driving measurable impact across capability, performance and engagement.
