I am a Business Operations Analyst at Critical Mass, a global digital experience design agency, where I leverage data to optimize business processes and performance. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Data Science and Economics from The University of British Columbia, where I developed a strong foundation in data analysis, statistical methods, and economic theory.
