I work at the intersection of service design, urbanism and social innovation, cutting across industries such as healthcare, retail, education and consumer goods in the private and social sectors. I utilize human-centered and participatory tools to engage with consumers and communities alike, understanding users on a deeper level and uncovering meaningful insights that can be translated into strategic design outcomes. An inter-disciplinary approach allows me to propose solutions on multiple scales, delivering results which are most responsive to each context, from consumer products to urban developments, social policies to digital experiences. While I embrace the ever-changing context, my underlying methodology remains the same - the human interaction is always at the center of any system, object or place. Ultimately, I am passionate about design as a vehicle to address social challenges, re-think systems and increase civic participation.
