As a Senior Technical Project Manager, I apply my experience in IT Management and workflow automation to deliver high-quality solutions. I hold the PMI-ACP and PSM II credentials, demonstrating my proficiency in agile and scrum methodologies.I come from a tech background with a strong knowledge and hands-on experience in UI designing using angular JS and building automation tools/frameworks, creating automation pipeline using C#.Net, VB, VSTS, CICD pipelines, and Azure DevOps. Managing teams globally has been my forte. I have also worked in diverse business sectors such as insurance, financial and banking, credit card systems, and entertainment, giving me a broad perspective and understanding of different customer needs and expectations.
