Migrated the core consumer profile information from the old True & Co database into PVH Global Marketing technologies (Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AgileOne). Captured email sign-ups from the new Wordpress VIP True & Co brand website enabling email templates required for MVP.April 2021 - As a Scrum Master and Product and Project Lead, successfully launched the strategic business project of relaunching state-of-the-art PVH.com site with an end to end redesign and an upgraded headless CMS to unlock more self-service capabilities for the business and reducing support.
