   In my current role, I lead the development and execution of HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals. My focus is on talent management, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top talent across all levels to build a competitive workforce. I have redesigned the HR manual and implemented a comprehensive communication strategy to enhance policy clarity and accessibility. Additionally, I developed a standardized onboarding process, including quarterly group inductions, to facilitate smooth integration for new hires. To foster a culture of excellence, I standardized key result areas (KRAs) and aligned performance management systems with the Balanced Scorecard. I also oversee training initiatives aimed at continuous employee development and spearhead engagement programs such as the Organizational Culture Index and informal sessions like “Coffee with the Business Head.” Furthermore, I manage employee welfare programs, including insurance and a welfare fund, to promote staff well-being and satisfaction, all aimed at creating a positive workplace culture that drives organizational success.
