Responsible to tender, manage and execute the contract for the electrolyser package (e.g. electrolyser modules, balance of plant, hydrogen compression). Overall technical coordination: o Between disciplines o Between other packages (typically: HV power equipment, SCADA, Communication and IT, etc.) o With FEED Consultant o With Construction Contractors o With owner of the site where plant will be built Project management of the electrolyser contractor, both technically and contractually: o Preparation of the tender package for the electrolyser and balance of plant o Bid evaluation and award recommendation o Management of the Contractor, e.g. HSE, progress, costs, quality, variations, engineering design. o Maintain a risk register for the contract o Manage and lead the discipline engineers and other support functions, e.g sourcing/procurement, legal. o Engage and coordinate with external parties, partners o Manage the Feed of the electrolyser package and interfaces with other scopes of the overall plant Build trust and credibility with internal Hydrogen/P2X technical and sourcing/procurement teams, external FEED consultant, contractors of other packages, construction contractors. Appointed Technical Lead for the Compression Systems.
