Operations Division - Bridges and ViaductsThe following activities have been carried out concerning the management and extraordinary maintenance of existing bridges and viaducts across the national territory:• Review and subsequent technical evaluation of projects for final approval;• Management of the administrative process preparatory to project funding issuance and subsequent work assignment (verification of the administrative and technical reports and public tender procedures);• Inspection of bridges and viaducts in accordance with the Italian guidelines for bridge management;• Design engineering activities;• Design support and coordination with external service providers to define key design choices and execute structural and geotechnical investigations;• Implementation of dynamic structural monitoring systems for bridges (SHM) on the new Anas P3P platform for modal identification, tracking, and damage detection.
