In my current job profile I am responsible for conducting training sessions for co-workers & fresh joiners, counseling sessions and seminars for students and their parents, and helping the aspirants to enroll and perform to the best of their capabilities. I\'m also taking sessions in different schools of Delhi in Offline and Online mode, in auditoriums and classrooms for spreading awareness among students regarding various career opportunities and guiding and training them to how to make best use of the hour and shape up their careers. I have been appreciated by higher management for generating a good value of sales to the company and serving it as an asset by utilizing my skills as an effective communicator, a motivational trainer and leader, promoting the ethics and organizational behaviour among employees by encouraging them to work for the company\'s growth and through correct means. As an active managing team member of Allen, I also participate with full zeal and energy in conducting Allen Scholarship and Admission Test for aspirants willing to take admission, conducting counseling sessions and seminars for students and their parents. Here at Allen, we provide preparation for 8th upwards students and also prepare for JEE and NEET as their career perspective. We help them in choosing the domain as per their interest area. I\'m an enthusiastic experienced person, highly motivated and having good communication skills, adaptability and quick learning skills. I would like to work in a stimulating environment that encourages me as well as contributes to the growth of the organization by creating a value for me & for the organization\'s vision.
