ABOUT SAVERIO PARROTTA

As President & Chief Executive Officer of J.L. Richards & Associates Limited (JLR), Saverio Parrotta, P.Eng. is responsible for managing the overall operation and resources of the firm and executing Board directives. With more than 25 years of engineering experience, Saverio\'s extensive experience in civil engineering includes managing complex infrastructure projects and overseeing engineers and technical support staff in the preparation of studies, reports, and detailed design and contract documents from concept to final construction. He has successfully delivered projects in the commercial, institutional, residential, and industrial sectors, and has worked with all levels of government for project approval. A graduate of Carleton University (Bachelor of Civil Engineering), Saverio is also a licensed engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario and holds the Designation of Consulting Engineer. About J.L.
