I am pleased to be a part of Newmeyer Dillion, a leading business firm that counsels a variety of industry in transaction and litigation matters, propelling business clients forward. As a partner at ND, I will continue to counsel a wide range of corporate clients on business and litigation matters throughout the state and nationwide. Beyond my general business practice, I am pleased to develop ND\'s healthcare practice, working closely with all levels of the healthcare industry in the areas of compliance, state and federal regulatory matters, litigation defense, medical malpractice, and general business practices. I believe in providing healthcare professionals solution-oriented approaches to navigate through the various business challenges of running a healthcare practice, maintaining internal compliance standards, and understanding the complex tunnels of regulation. Most recently, I am pleased to advise clients on Nevada’s recent opioid reporting requirements under AB474, serving as a trailblazer in this emerging compliance area. I continue to proudly serve my community as Vice President of the Southeast Asian Bar Association (Nevada Chapter) embodying the belief that effective legal counsel requires a strong commitment to to the community where I live.
