In my role as the Project Manager and Director of Relief Programs at Embrace Relief Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing humanitarian aid and disaster relief, I spearhead initiatives aimed at providing humanitarian aid and disaster relief to vulnerable communities globally. My role involves crafting innovative project proposals, assessing program requirements for continuous improvement, and participating in strategic planning aligned with our foundation\'s policies and goals. I gather and interpret relevant information to ensure our programs are aligned with our mission and vision, actively contributing to their enhancement through engagement in diverse projects across regions like Tanzania and Uganda. Utilizing tools like Google Analytics, I develop fundraising strategies and manage donation data analysis to optimize our approaches and secure crucial funding. Additionally, I oversee the organization\'s internship program and coordinate memberships with entities like the United Nations Development Program and the African Union, fostering collaborative initiatives and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.Moreover, I lead efforts to align Embrace Relief with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, integrating sustainability frameworks and engaging cross-functional teams to advance our objectives. Furthermore, I coordinate marketing efforts to drive donations through various channels, ensuring resonance with our target audience and maximizing impact through cohesive strategies and optimized assets.
