Manufacturing engineer with 10 years of experience in the Automotive industry. Currently working in the manufacturing development team at TE Connectivity. I manage and facilitate new manufacturing assembly machine builds for new products or localization projects for the company. My professional foundations have been built by TE Connectivity through repeating internships and a two year Rotational Engineering position. I\'ve explored all disciplines such as Mechatronics, Stamping, Plating, Injection Molding, and Assembly. I\'ve designed and implemented countless manufacturing process improvements in terms of cycle time, OEE, and scrap rate. By reinforcing the foundations of lean manufacturing and pairing my CAD with PLC programming skills I can ensure the most reliable and effective solutions. I strive to continue learning about manufacturing each day and increase my business acumen as I continue to develop within my career.
