Hi! I’m Savannah and I’m a people person - no really I am! My career began in the hospitality industry, more specifically, the restaurant industry. I learned very quickly that people are truly the heart of the company. Once I understood the value of having the right people behind you, my focus shifted more and more to HR and Recruitment responsibilities. Little did I know that my passion for talent acquisition, new hire processes, and candidate experience would come to the forefront.    Responsible for leading MarginEdge’s end-to-end recruiting strategy with a strong focus on GTM roles, while also supporting broader business hiring needs. Own hiring intake, workforce planning, process design, candidate experience, and hiring manager partnership to support company growth while maintaining a high bar for talent and culture.Manage and mentor a Recruiting Coordinator, providing direction on scheduling, candidate communications, ATS workflows, and process execution to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams. Serve as the primary recruiting partner to executive leadership and department heads, advising on role design, compensation ranges, hiring timelines, and interview structure.Implementing Teamtailor as the company’s ATS, optimizing workflows, reporting, and system configuration to support scalable and consistent hiring practices.
