About Savannah Skinner
I am the event lead manager for two downtown venue spaces in Springfield Missouri. I have worked for 425 Downtown and Old Glass Place for almost three years, and have created exceptional guest experiences through the events I help run. I am also a wedding and event coordinator! I have planned and executed a variety of events on my own now, and am growing with new clientele. I am the campus ambassador for Marriott International Hotels as well this semester! I am currently in my third year at Missouri State University for my bachelor’s degree, majoring in hospitality leadership with two tracks, general operations and club management, with a minor in marketing. I am in the process of receiving certificates in special event planning and theme park management. I am a member of EMA, ESD, and the president of HLOT! I am dedicated to creating unique and exciting experiences for my clients through memorable events and celebrations. I have a proven track record of problem-solving skills, creativity, leadership, organization skills, and am always wanting to improve and grow!
