I am the owner and creator of Macro Meal Prep San Diego. I previously worked as a certified personal trainer hold both a Masters and Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. I have been studying nutrition and weight loss over the past 10 years. I underwent my own weight loss journey losing over 50 pounds, and to this day work hard on my personal nutrition and fitness. I have always had a passion for helping others, especially when it comes to their fitness related goals. This is why I created Macro Meal Prep San Diego. We offer healthy meal delivery in San Diego.
