My field\'s concentration is in practical and professional ethics. I\'ve managed to accrue nearly 11 years of work experience. I had the privilege of working for Aquapro Pools in a field study and office management role. I learned valuable professional skills such as customer service and advocacy in operating policies and procedures. Throughout my time at Monterey, I worked several jobs in the customer service and sale\'s department realm. These types of jobs provided me with practice in behavior management, organizational skills, and customer satisfaction. In both my academic, extracurricular or professional projects, I apply proven effective oral & written communication skills.
