ABOUT SAVANNAH HARPSTER
Current master’s student studying Biomedical Engineering at Boston University with an interest in biomaterials and regenerative medicine with a focus in women’s health. Earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami with a minor in Mathematics. Working part time at Sephora as a beauty advisor assisting customers with makeup and skincare recommendations. Prior experience working retail is in both customer service and sales. Research interests include applications of biomaterials for women’s health, responsible manufacturing of cosmetics and personal care products, and engineering new biological models for studies of environmental toxicants on reproductive health. Research experience includes at the Diabetes Research Institute at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and at Boston University College of Engineering.
