Identify, analyze, interpret, and present trends relevant to the client’s business and objectives. Participate in solution design meetings with MSP Implementation team to achieve agreed client specifications and contract terms for delivery. Design and deliver product and service demonstrations customized to client situation, audience need, and competitive landscape. Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient data transfers and successful integrations. Coordinate client implementation functions for all data related process, which includes multiple internal AMN teams. Craft and deliver standard process training programs and tools to educate internal and external users on VMS solutions, including ShiftWise, FieldGlass, and Medefis. Supervise project deliverables, progress of implementation, project issues, and change management. Lead a variety of Software training initiatives ranging from the development and maintenance of user guides to the assessment, delivery, and evaluation of product training.
