About Savannah Berry Suttle
IF REQUESTING TO CONNECT, PLEASE NOTE: Unless we have been formally introduced (or have met in person), I do not accept invitations to connect without an initial meeting. If requesting to connect, please include a purpose and expect to have an initial chat.I help family offices and family-owned- & -operated businesses when family dynamics are impacting operations in a way that they would like to change. As tech reshapes how we work, connect, and even define identity, relationships are becoming the most valuable currency we have. Most families in enterprise have plenty of advisors for money, law, and operations. But almost no one is guiding the relational architecture that holds it all together. That gap is where families risk everything: unity, resilience, and the ability to adapt to change.Through Schema I work directly with families on their specific family dynamics, succession planning and relational architecture. I am hands-on - I am usually involved in both strategic planning and execution for change management, as well as relational repair. I\'m energetic, enthusiastic, and love coaching leaders.Through Relationship Capital I handcraft communities and experiences for families in enterprise. I blend education, facilitation, and immersive experiences to help families:– Build trust across generations– Navigate conflict with clarity and respect– Align their legacy, governance, and relationships– Stay connected through times of transition— Build genuine, worthwhile community with other families. My background as a family systems therapist, serial entrepreneur, family office principal, and business consultant gives me a unique lens on both the human and structural side of family enterprise. The work is part strategy, part relational coaching, and part community-building.When families get this right, their enterprises last, their relationships deepen, and their impact on the world expands.
