My journey spans leadership roles at industry giants like IBM, Intel, Arm, and Samsung, where I’ve architected and delivered mission-critical software and hardware solutions—ranging from BSPs and secure boot loaders to open-source compilers, GNU toolchains, and SoC firmware. Currently, I lead global development of GNU compilers and runtime environments for IBM POWER® systems, fostering Maintainers, shaping open-source contributions and enabling enterprise-grade performance across Linux distributions.As, Security Brand Lead, Compiler Technology and Enterprise Product - IBM Z® Systems.    I head the development and optimization of GNU compilers collection (GCC), toolchains (binutils), and runtime libraries (glibc) for IBM POWER architecture. I drive upstreaming of patch contributions, implement Power ISA in major Linux distributions, and collaborate with global open-source communities. My role spans backend development performance tuning for Golang, OpenJDK, CoreCLR, and tools like Gdb and Valgrind. I manage a globally distributed team of open-source Maintainers and contributors across India, Europe, the US, and Canada, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
