I have led negotiations on sophisticated commercial arrangements, advised on global data protection requirements, and contributed to enterprise initiatives where legal strategy and business execution moved in lockstep.Earlier in my career, I built a strong foundation in contract lifecycle management and large-scale commercial operations, including leading CLM programs at Deloitte USI and supporting nationwide procurement and compliance initiatives at Spencer’s Retail Limited during periods of significant operational disruption.I engage on questions around AI, technology risk, data governance, and the evolving role of legal teams in digital enterprises.
