Key Responsibilities With the department of Producer Institution Building for multiple Farmer Producer Companies, • Engaging from the phase of incorporation to managing tasks, human resources, policy enrolment, business development and its overall growth. • Engaging in post operationalization phase like capacity building, identifying bottlenecks, facilitate and conduct various programs for farmers and trainers to enable the field programs effectively. • Monitoring the performance of the Producer companies on a regular basis, undertake an assessment of extension needs of the producers groups and help in designing need-based interventions which may involve orientation or training programs or exposure visits. • To document and access various efforts and changes thereof by various extension and orientation programs being undertaken by the MPCs.
