Because of the lean team have to write as well place ads for digital marketing. This has given an in depth knowledge of the emerging marketing environment. Have been looking into Social Media Marketing, PPC, Meta Ads, SEO, Lead Generation - online & offline, Lead Nurture etc. Have been able to maintain a top ranking on Google in the category. Content Development - Creative development for plays keeps my artistic side alive. Have written and adapted 10 plays and directed them. Imparted theatre and theatre based training to more than 200 professionals and acting aspirants.Being in the leadership team has taught me a lot about pressure handling and the seriousness of the Profit & Loss account
