In my role within the Central Program Management Unit (PMU), I have provided extensive support to the STARS states. Here are some key areas where my contributions have made an impact:• Technical Support on PGI Indicators: Collaborating with states to strengthen specific Performance Grading Index (PGI) indicators, particularly those related to governance processes.• Program Design & Pilots: Assisting in the design and execution of innovative programs and pilot initiatives to enhance education outcomes.• Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E): Providing critical support in evaluating program effectiveness to ensure alignment with objectives and desired outcomes.• Validation of Implementation Activities & Program Outcomes: Conduct thorough validations to ensure that activities and outcomes are on track and meeting set standards.• Research, Planning & Program Coordination: Facilitating research, strategic planning, and coordination efforts to ensure seamless program implementation across STARS states.As a team (Worldbank-MoE-KPMG-TISS-STARS Participating States, State PMUs) dedicated to improving educational governance and outcomes through strategic support and innovative solutions.
